彩色多普勒超声在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值

目的评价彩超对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法分析138例乳腺癌的彩色多普勒超声检查结果,与术后病理结果对比,比较不同病理类型乳腺癌的超声诊断正确率。研究138例乳腺癌的彩色多普勒血流分布类型,分析乳腺癌血流特征与病理组织学之间的关系。结果超声对原位癌、浸润性导管癌以及其他类型的恶性肿瘤的诊断正确率分别为70.0%,95.7%和91.7%。138例乳腺癌中周边型血流72个（52.2%）,内部型血流36个（26.1%）,穿入型血流23个（16.7%）,无血流7个（5.1%）。结论超声对乳腺癌的诊断正确率较高。彩色多普勒血流的分布部位是乳腺癌新生血管的一个重要特征。

The clinical diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in breast cancer

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of Color Doppler ultrasound to Breast cancer.Methods The Color Doppler ultrasound diagnoses of 138 Breast cancer lesions proved by pathology after operations were reviewed.The accuracy rate of ultrasound to lesions with variable pathological types.138 breast cancers were prospectively evaluated with color Doppler flow imaging.Lesion vascular pattern was described as peripheral,penetrating and central location.The vascular pattern was analyzed and correlated with histopathologic typing and grading.Results The accuracy rate of ultrasound to carcinoma in situ,invasive ductal carcinoma,and other malignant lesions was 70.0%,95.7% and 91.7 %.In 138 breast cancer lesions,peripheral vascularity were detected in 72(52.2%),central vascularity in 36(26.1%),penetrating vascular in 23(16.7%)and avascular in 7(5.1%).Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis of breast cancer were highly accurate.The location of tumor vessels is also an important feature of breast cancer,which related with cancer histogical characterization.
