| 摘 要： | 支气管哮喘（哮喘）很常见，而对其治疗的效果仍不理想。上个世纪随着对该病的分子基础的研究，医学科学家们开始研究哮喘的靶向治疗。现已清楚，蛋白酪氨酸激酶（syk）是哮喘发生发展中非常关键的成分。本文就此集中讨论Syk在哮喘发病机制中各个期中的作用，并探讨Syk特异性干扰RNA治疗哮喘的可能性。

| Abstract: | Asthma is frequent in clinical settings,but its treatment can not gain an ideal aim,yet.With the study in molecular mechanism of asthma from the last century,medical resarechers began to explore the targeted treatment of asthma.Now,it is clear that Syk is a key element in the asthma development.This review focuses on the function of Syk in different stages of asthma,as well as the potential treatment of siRNA targeted to Syk. |
