| 摘 要： | 目的：建立一种快速、简便的检测巨细胞病毒IgG抗体（CMV-IgG）亲和指数（AI）的方法,区分CMV原发与非原发感染。方法：对检测方法的各个环节进行了比较研究,确定最佳检测方法并对218份标本（187例既往感染,13例继发或再感染,10例可疑原发感染和8例原发感染）进行检测,比较了两种结果表示方法。结果：当用U/ml和OD值表示结果时,其敏感性、特异性和方法可用度分别为75%、91.4%、67.2%、62.5%、95.7%、61.7%。结论：用35mM二乙胺简便的洗脱法,以标准曲线定量标本中CMV-IgG含量并计算AI的方法适用于CMV-IgGAI的测定。 |
