Hepcidin-25配合促红细胞生成素治疗大鼠肾性贫血的疗效分析

目的:观察Hepcidin-25配合促红细胞生成素治疗肾性贫血大鼠前后的红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、网织红细胞(Ret)的变化,以评估联合用药的疗效。方法:采用腺嘌呤建立肾性贫血大鼠模型,依据析因设计方差分析进行实验分组和数据处理,评估治疗前后肾性贫血大鼠RBC,Hb,Ret的变化。结果:在Ret生成方面,FHep-cidin-25>F0.01,P<0.01差异有统计学意义;在Hb以及RBC生成方面,FHepcidin-250.05差异无统计学意义。结论:hepcidin-25对rHuEPO促进肾性贫血大鼠的Ret生成起抑制作用;尚不能说明hepcidin-25对rHuEPO促进肾性贫血大鼠的Hb以及RBC生成有辅助作用。

The Curative Effect Analysis of Hepeidin-25 Combined with rHuEPO to Treat the Renal Anemia Rats

Objective To observe the changes of erythrocyte（RBC）,haematoglobin（Hb）and reticulated corpuscles（Ret） of the renal anemia rats treated by Hepcidin-25 combined with recombinant human erythropoietin （rHuEPO）,so as to evaluate the curative effect.Methods The renal anemia rats models were made by intragastric administration with adenine and the upper indexes were tested and analyzed by factorial design and analysis of variance.Results About the production of ret, FHepcidin-25〉 F0.01,P〈0.01,the differences were significant; whereas about the Hb and RBC, FHepcidin-25〈 F0.05,P〉0. 05,the differences were not significant.Conclusion The hepcidin-25 could inhibit the rHuEPO to promote the Ret production in renal anemia rats,but that was not evident enough to say that the rHuEPO can help the Hb and RBC production in rehal anemia rats.
