内皮素受体拮抗剂在重症急性胰腺炎大鼠心肌损伤中的保护作用

摘    要:目的探讨内皮素受体拮抗剂(ET—RA)对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)大鼠心肌损伤的治疗作用。方法将30只SD大鼠随机分成3组:重症急性胰腺炎组(SAPG):胰管逆行注射5%牛黄胆酸钠的方法建立大鼠SAP模型;正常对照(CG)组:处理方法同上,改推注同体积的生理盐水;ET-1受体拮抗剂治疗组(ET—RAG):SAP成模后6h腹腔内注射ET—RA,对照组与SAPG注射等体积生理盐水。观察24h后取标本,分别测定各组血浆淀粉酶(AML)、激酸激酶(CK)及其同工酶(CK—MB)、乳酸脱氢酶-1(LDHl)、ET-1、TNF-α的变化。结果AML、CK—MB、CK、LDH-1、ET-1、TNF-α在SAPG及ET—RAG均显著高于正常对照组(P〈0.01),而ET—RAG中以上指标的浓度亦显著低于SAPG(P〈0.05)。结论ET—RA对SAP时的心肌损伤有较好的治疗作用。
