| 摘 要： | 目的]研究米索前列醇防治剖宫产术中及术后出血的临床疗效。方法]随机抽取2007年本院剖宫产作为对照组与治疗组，两组各40例，术中均使用催产素，其中治疗组孕妇舌下含服米索前列醇，观察术中及术后出血情况。结果]治疗组40例全部有效，疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论]米索前列醇防治剖宫产术中及术后出血疗效显著，值得临床推广。
