摘    要:目的了解闽产北沙参样品中3种香豆素成分的含量,为野生种质资源的保护与栽培种质资源的筛选提供基础数据。方法高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)。结果22批北沙参样品中,3种香豆素含量之和平均为198.62μg/g,其中补骨脂素含量(平均含量152.14μg/g)大大高于欧前胡素(平均含量21.94μg/g)与异欧前胡素(平均含量25.54μg/g),为二者含量的6倍以上;8月份后采集的、不同规格北沙参样品中,根直径为0.5~1 cm的中规格样品,3种香豆素含量均高于其他2种规格(直径<0.5 cm与直径>1 cm)的样品。结论闽产北沙参活性成分含量较高,在保护野生种质资源的基础上,筛选优质种质,推广闽产北沙参药材合理利用具有较大的应用前景。

Abstract:Objective To know contents of three coumarins in Glehniae Radix from Fujian and provide basic data for protecting wild germplasm resources and screening culture germplasm resources.Methods High-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was applied.Results Among the 22 samples,the sum of the three coumarins was 198.62 μg/g on average,the content of psoralen(152.14 μg/g on average)was much higher than that of imperatin(21.94 μg/g on average)and isoimperatorin(25.54 μg/g on average),which was more than 6 times of that of both.Among the samples collected after August with different specifications,the intermediate specification with root diameter is 0.5-1.0 cm,whose contents of three coumarins were higher than those of the other two specifications(diameter<0.5 cm and diameter>1.0cm).Conclusion The contents of active ingredient in Glehniae Radix from Fujian were higher.On the basis of protecting wild germplasm resources,selecting high-quality germplasm and promoting their rational utilization are of great application prospects.
