肾康注射液联合前列地尔治疗慢性肾小球肾炎临床观察

目的探讨肾康注射液联合前列地尔治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法选择2015年9月-2016年9月接受治疗的慢性肾炎患者100例。按照不同的治疗方法分为试验组和常规组,各50例。常规组用肾康注射液予以治疗,试验组接受肾康注射液联合前列地尔予以治疗,比较2组患者治疗效果,测定治疗前后血清LKN4、TNF-a和IL-33水平,以及肾功能改善情况。结果试验组的总有效率显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组血清中的LKN4、TNF-α和IL-33均显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患者BUN、SCr及GFR和24h TP水平与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且观察组BUN、SCr水平显著低于对照组,而GFR和24h TP水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾康注射液联合前列地尔治疗慢性肾小球肾炎疗效良好,可显著改善患者血清中炎症指标及肾功能,并未见明显的不良反应。

Clinical Observation on Shenkang Injection Combined with Alprostadil in the Treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shenkang injection combined with alprostadil in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods 100 patients with chronic nephritis who were treated from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into the experimental group and the conventional group,with 50 cases in each.The conventional group was treated with Shenkang injection.The experimental group was treated with Shenkang injection combined with alprostadil.The therapeutic effects,serum indicators,and renal function improvement were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The serum levels of LKN4,TNF-α and IL-33 in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of BUN,SCr,GFR and 24hTP in the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of BUN and SCr in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the levels of GFR and 24hTP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenkang injection combined with alprostadil is effective in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis,can significantly improve the serum inflammation index and renal function of patients,and has no obvious adverse reactions.
