| 摘 要： | 目的探讨自拟膝痹汤治疗肝肾亏虚证膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月在辽宁省沈阳市沈阳中大骨科医院中医科就诊的80例肝肾亏虚证膝骨关节炎患者,对照组40例采取膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠常规治疗,试验组40例在对照组的基础上使用自拟膝痹汤治疗肾阳虚衰型肝肾亏虚证膝骨关节炎,比较2组肝肾亏虚证膝骨关节炎患者的VAS(视觉模拟评分)。结果试验组的临床视觉模拟评分小于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肝肾亏虚证膝骨关节炎患者采取自拟膝痹汤治疗可以降低患者的临床视觉模拟评分值,减轻患者的疼痛感,其临床效果显著,并能提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of self-made Xiebi decoction on knee osteoarthritis of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.Methods 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis due to deficiency of liver and kidney were selected.40 patients in the control group were treated by injecting sodium hyaluronate into the knee joint cavity.40 patients in the experimental group were treated with self-made Xiebi decoction on the basis of the control group.VAS of the two groups was compared.Results The clinical VAS of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiebi decoction on knee osteoarthritis of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome can reduce the clinical visual analogue score,and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
