2019新型冠状病毒肺炎的中医药治疗文献分析与展望

2019新型冠状病毒肺炎(Coronavirus Disease 2019,COVID-19)自2019年12月武汉爆发以来,迅速播散至全国,对我国的人民健康产生严重危害,产生了重大的社会负担。截至目前,新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎尚无特效药物,而中医药根据患者的临床表现进行辨证论治,扶正祛邪,临床疗效较好。故本文依据中医经典、患者临床表现及地域环境差异等,根据国家、部门和地方各省市有关新型冠状病毒感染肺炎诊疗、防治方案相关文献,分析新型冠状病毒肺炎的病因、病机,论述其辨证论治及防治措施,为COVID-19的中医药防治提供思路与参考。

Literature Analysis and Prospect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of COVID-19

Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in Wuhan in December 2019,COVID-19 has rapidly spread to the whole country,causing serious harm to the health of the people in our country and a great social burden. Up to now,there is no specific western medicine for pneumonia infected by novel coronavirus,but traditional Chinese medicine shows good therapeutic effect,which treats the COVID-19 based on the clinical manifestations of the patients by the TCM theories of " Bianzhenglunzhi" and " Fuzhengquxie". Therefore,according to the classical literature of traditional Chinese medicine,the clinical manifestations of patients and the differences of regional environment,based on the relevant literature of country,departments and local provinces and cities on the diagnosis,treatment,prevention and treatment of COVID-19,we analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis of COVID-19,and discussed its treatment and prevention measures based on " Bianzhengshizhi",so as to provide ideas and reference for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 with traditional Chinese medicine.
