摘    要:
目的研究康复治疗脑卒中患者足下垂疗效。方法选我院急性脑卒中后足下垂患者60例。随机分2组,对照组常规治疗,实验组联合早期介入中医康复治疗,对比疗效。结果干预后,实验组治疗后Ashworth评分、神经功能缺损的评分及日常生活能力评分、生活质量评分均显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论对脑卒中后足下垂患者施行早期中医传统治疗联合现代康复训练,康复效果显著。

Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation on foot drop in patients with stroke.Methods Sixty patients with foot drop after acute stroke in our hospital were selected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated conventionally,and the experimental group was combined with early intervention traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment.The curative effect was compared.Results After the intervention,the Ashworth score,neurological deficit score,daily life ability score,and quality of life score of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine early treatment combined with modern rehabilitation training for patients with post-stroke foot drop has significant rehabilitation effect.
