布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效分析

目的:探讨布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法:将92例小儿肺炎患者,随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组46例。两组均给予内科综合治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组治愈31例、显效12例、无效3例,总有效率为93.5%,对照组治愈10例、显效15例、无效21例,总有效率为54.3%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎疗效佳,值得临床推广应用。

Analysis of Budesonide Aerosol Inhalation of the Clinical Curative Effect of Treating Pediatric Pneumonia

Objective:discusses budesonide atomization inhalation in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia clinical curative effect.Methods:the research object for 92 cases of pneumonia patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,each group(n=46).Two groups are given medical treatment,and the treatment group based on this give budesonide atomization inhalation treatment,observe curative effect of two.Results:treatment group cure(31 cases),12 cases were markedly improved,invalid in 3,the total effective rate was 93.5%,and the control group 10 cases were cured,15 cases were markedly improved,invalid 21 cases,the total effective rate was 54.3%,the two groups have significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:budesonide aerosol inhalation of infantile pneumonia treatment effect better,and clinical application.
