| 摘 要： | 加强基层医疗卫生队伍建设是新医改的重要内容,提升基层医疗卫生人员的职业幸福感则是重要途径。本研究对浙江省基层医疗卫生人员的调查显示：基层医疗卫生人员经济收入低,职业安全感缺乏,学历文凭偏低,继续教育跟不上,社会支持度不高。为此,应从政府重视改革和加强投入、医院转变管理理念、建立良好社会支持系统,以及基层医疗卫生人员加强自身建设等方面加强基层医疗卫生人员的职业幸福感。 |
