临床药师在危重病人个体化肠外营养支持中的作用

我院临床药师在病人个体化肠外营养支持的工作中,从2008年9月至今,共制订个体化肠外营养支持方案31例,其中7例为危重病人,3例为药师会诊危重病人,患者经营养支持后,病情均有所恢复并获准出院。危重病人肠外营养支持成功的关键不仅在于根据病人身高、体重、具体病情等综合评价分析后给予个体化肠外营养组方,更重要的在于:严密监测病人临床状况,分析原因,及时调整组方,保证病人肠外营养支持的安全性和有效性。
