南宁市青秀区社区居民卫生服务需要与利用分析

目的：了解当前南宁市青秀区社区居民卫生服务需要与利用情况。方法：采用两阶段整群随机抽样方法抽取1000户的2555名居民作为研究对象,用统一的调查表进行问卷调查。结果：调查人群的两周患病率为22.81%,两周就诊率为80.21%,年住院率为6.33%。居民选择社区卫生服务机构就诊的比例为28.5%。结论：南宁市青秀区社区居民卫生服务需要较高,但是卫生服务资源利用不合理,社区卫生服务机构的服务能力有待加强。

Analysis of the Requirements and Utilizations for Community Health Service in Qingxiu District of Nanning

Objective： To study the dwellers＇ requirements and utilizations of community health service（CHS） in Qingxiu district of Nanning.Methods： 2555 dwellers have community chosen by stratum sampling and surveyed by using standardized questionnaires.Results： The two-week prevalence rate,two-week hospital visit rate and annual hospitalization rate are 22.81%、80.2%、6.33%.28.5% of the dwellers select CHS institution as two-week wisit institution.Conclusion： Community dwellers had a high need of health service in nanning,but the utilization of health service is unbalanced,so the service ability of CHS should be enhanced.
