参松养心胶囊治疗阵发性心房颤动的临床研究

目的观察参松养心胶囊治疗阵发性房颤的临床效果。方法120例阵发性房颤患者随机分成参松组和对照组,每组60例。2组患者均接受常规治疗,参松组在此基础上加用参松养心胶囊4粒,每日3次。治疗3个月后进行临床评价。结果参松组失访6例,对照组失访8例,2组患者在基本资料和应用ACEI、ARB、CCB类药物、倍他洛克、地高辛及利尿剂等常规治疗上差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗3个月后对照组患者房颤发作频率(10.4±4.2)次/周]与治疗前(11.5±3.2)次/周]比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),参松组患者治疗后(8.2±3.6)次/周]与治疗前(13.5±2.9)次/周]及对照组治疗后比较,发作频率显著降低(P<0.05);参松组患者生活质量和运动耐量显著改善(P<0.05)。结论参松养心胶囊对阵发性房颤有较好的临床疗效。

Clinical study on the therapeutic effect of Shensongyangxin capsule on paroxysmal atrial fibrillation

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shensongyangxin capsule on paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(PAF).Methods 120 patients with PAF were divided into two groups,one was Shensongyangxin group,the other one was control group.Each group had 60 patients.Patients in both groups received routine treatment,while the patients in Shensongyangxin group took Shensongyangxin capsule,4 pills once,3 times a day.The frequency of AF,quality of life (QOL),and exercise duration of the two groups were recorded.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after 3-month treatment for both groups.Results The patients' basic data in both groups had no significant difference.There were no significant differences in routine treatment including the use of ACEI,ARB,CCB,betaloc,digoxin,diuretic agents between two groups.After 3-month follow-up,the frequency of AF was not significant lower than that before treatment (10.4±4.2 vs 11.5±3.2 times per week) in control group.While in Shensongyangxin group,after 3-month treatment,the frequency of AF was significantly lower than that before treatment and that in control group after treatment(8.2±3.6 vs 13.5±2.9,8.2±3.6 vs 10.4±4.2 times per week,P<0.05).At the end of the study,the QOL and exercise duration in shensongyangxin group were significantly improved (P<0.05).Conclusion Shensongyangxin capsule has good therapeutic effect on PAF.
