摘    要:
目的探讨肌力训练对痉挛型脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能的影响。方法痉挛型脑瘫患儿102例随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组给予以神经发育技术为基础的常规康复治疗,试验组在此基础上给予肌力训练。治疗后2个月和治疗后6个月时采用粗大运动功能测量表评定疗效。结果治疗前评分的五区水平相当,治疗后2个月,所有患儿五区的评分较治疗前增高(P〈0.05),而试验组和对照组比较,A区、B区评分水平基本相当(P〉0.05),C区(P〈0.05)、D区(P〈0.01)和E区(P〈0.01)试验组均要高于对照组。至治疗6个月时,康复水平进一步提高。组间比较仍以C区、D区和E区试验组改善更为明显(P〈0.05)。结论肌力训练能有效提高痉挛型脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能,尤其对患儿的爬、跪、站、走、跑和跳能力改善最为明显。

Abstract:
【Objective】To evaluate the muscle strength training on gross motor function for children with spastic cerebral palsy. 【Methods】102 children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into test group and control group. Control group was given to neurological development of conventional technology-based rehabilitation, and on this basis, the test group was given strength training. Then using the gross motor function classification system assess efficacy after 2 months and 6 months of treatment, respectively. 【Results】The pre-treatment score of the five district level were equivalent. While after 2 months of treatment, five areas score of all children were higher than that before treatment (P 0.05), and the score in A area, B area were the same between two groups (P 0.05), but in C area, D area, and E area, the test group have higher scores than that in the control group (P 0.05). To 6 months of treatment, rehabilitation had a higher level. Between the two groups, the test group in C, D, and E area improved more significantly (P 0.05).【Conclusion】The strength training can effectively improve the gross motor function in children with spastic cerebral palsy, particularly in climb, kneel, stand, walk, run and jump.
