| 摘 要： | 目的比较两种根充糊剂充填乳磨牙的疗效,为临床选择安全有效的乳牙根充糊剂提供依据。方法对所诊治的97颗乳磨牙随机分为两组,Ⅰ组48颗用常规根管充填剂充填,Ⅱ组49颗用Vitapex糊剂充填,观察1年后的疗效。结果从治疗完成后1年内陆续复查可见,Ⅱ组的成功率为91.84%,明显高于Ⅰ组成功率77.08%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对乳磨牙进行根管治疗时,推荐使用Vitapex糊剂充填根管。 |

| Abstract: | [Objectives] To compare the effect of two filling-pastes in filling deciduous molars so as to provide clinical evidence for choosing a safe and effective filling paste. [Methods ] 97 deciduous molars were selected and divided randomly into two groups, the group I including 48 deciduous molars were filled by a routin filling-paste and the group II including 49 deciduous molars were filled by the Vitapex, then we analyzed the effect after one year. [Results] The effective rate in group II（91.84%） was higher than that in group I （77.08%）. There were a significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. [ Conclusions] We recommend Vitapex for filling deciduous molars. |
