| 摘 要： | O^6-甲基鸟嘌呤-DNA-甲基转移酶（O^6-methylguanine-DNA methyltransferase,MGMT）是一种高效的DNA直接修复酶,能修复烷化剂所致的DNA损伤。该酶的结构、功能的异常与肿瘤的发生及特征都有密切关系。本文就近几年对DNA修复酶MGMT的研究和它在肿瘤诊断与治疗中的应用作一综述。

| Abstract: | O^6-methylguanine-DNA-methyltransferase （O^6-methylguanine-NA methyltransferase, MGMT） is a highly effective direct DNA repair enzyme, which can repair DNA damage caused by alkylating agent. Abnormalities of enzymatic structure and function are closely related withthe occurrence and characteristics of tumor. This paper reviewed MGMT research and its applicaiton in diagnosis and treatment of the tumor in the recent years. |
