| 乳腺Paget病的X线表现 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨乳腺Ｐａｇｅｔ病的Ｘ线表现及其临床意义。材料和方法：结合临床及病理资料系统分析８例经手术证实的乳腺Ｐａｇｅｔ病的Ｘ线平片。结果：乳腺Ｘ线检查阳性发现率为８７．５％。主要Ｘ线表现为：乳房内肿块４例，其中２例伴有乳头凹陷。乳房内成簇成片钙化３例，其中１例伴有乳头乳晕皮肤增厚，均无腋下淋巴结转移。结论：虽然乳腺Ｐａｇｅｔ病的Ｘ线表现无明显特异性，但Ｘ线检查是乳头湿疹样改变的绝对指征。放射科医生能够认识和掌握Ｐａｇｅｔ病的临床特征，对该病的早期诊断意义重大。 |

| Abstract: | Porpose:TodescribethemammographicappearancesinPagetdiseaseofthebreastanddiscussthesignificationofmammography.Materialsandmethods:Theclinical,mammographicandpathologicrecordsof8patientswithprovenPagetdiseasewereretrospectivelyreviewedandana-lysed.Results:Among8patientswithPagetdisease,themammogramsofsevenshowedabnormalfindings.4casesshowedpresenceofmasswithnippleretractionin2.In3cases,calcificationwasdemonstratedwiththickeningofskinofthenippleandareolain1.Nolymphadenopathyorcontralat-eraltumorwasfound.Conclusion:AlthoughnospecificradiologicsignswerefoundinPagetdiseaseofthebreast,aneczematousappearanceofthenippleisafirmindicationformammography.Radiolo-gistsshouldbetrainedtorecognizetheclinicalfeaturesofPagetdiseaseofthebreast. |
