| 摘 要： | 对１４３ 例食管癌进行分组治疗对比，术前加速放疗组６８ 例，术前行加速放疗，２ 周内照射总量４０Ｇｙ，放疗后２～４ 周行食管癌根治术。单纯手术组７５ 例。手术切除率：术前放疗组９５－６％ （６５／６８） ，单纯手术组９４－７％ （７１／７５） 。１ 年、３ 年生存率：术前加速放疗组为７７－９％ 和６１－８％ ，而单纯手术组为６５－３％ 和３８－７％ ，吻合口瘘发生率：术前放疗组６－２％ ，单纯手术组７％ ，结果表明术前加速放疗不影响手术切除也不增加术后并发症。

| Abstract: | the patients were divided into two groups: Group Ⅰ(68 cases ) was treated by preoperative radiotherapy(DT 40Gy 20times/2weeks) ,follwed by surgery with an interval of 2 weeks. Group Ⅱ(75 cases ) was treated by surgery alone. The 1 and 3 and 5 year survival rates were respectively 77.9% and 61.8% , 30.8% in Group Ⅰ and 65.3% and 38.7%, 25.4% in Group Ⅱ. Anastomotic leak was 6.2% and 7% in Group Ⅰand Ⅱ respectively. The authors believe that the therapeutic result of Group Ⅰ is better than Group Ⅱ |
