关节功能锻炼配合中药熏洗治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果观察

目的：研究探讨关节功能锻炼配合中药熏洗治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法：两组患者接受不同方法治疗。将两组患者治疗后腕关节Gartland-Werley功能评分以及康复效果进行统计并对比。结果：观察组治疗后腕关节Gartland-Werley功能评分为（3.35±3.25）分。对照组治疗后腕关节Gartland-Werley功能评分为（9.24±3.15）分。观察组评分明显低于对照组。经检验，差异具有统计学意义（T=9.20，P<0.01）。观察组优良率为92.0%，对照组为74.0%，差异具有统计学意义（T=5.74，P<0.05）。结论：对于桡骨远端骨折，在康复过程中接受关节功能锻炼同时接受中药熏洗治疗，能有效促进骨折的康复，降低关节功能障碍发生程度，在临床上值得推广。

Clinical effect of joint functional exercise combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of distal radius fractures

Objective:To study the clinical effect of joint functional exercise combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of distal radius fractures. Methods: two groups of patients were treated with different treatment methods. The two groups of patients after treatment of wrist joint Gartland-Werley function score and the effect of rehabilitation were statistically analyzed and compared. Results: in the observation group, the Gartland-Werley function score of the wrist joint was (3.35 ±3.25). In the control group, the Gartland-Werley function score of wrist joint was(9.24±3.15). Patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. After examination, with statistical significance (T=9.20,P<0.01). The excellent rate of the observation group was 92%, and the control group was 74%. With statistical significance (T=5.74,P<0.05). Conclusion: for patients with distal radius fractures, in the rehabilitation process to accept joint functional exercise while receiving traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment, can effectively promote the rehabilitation of fracture, reduce the degree of joint dysfunction. This treatment is worth popularizing in clinic.
