舒芬太尼复合氯普鲁卡因硬膜外麻醉在腔内激光治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效观察

目的：探讨舒芬太尼复合氯普鲁卡因硬外麻在腔内激光治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效及安全性。方法：选择46例择期手术患者，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组23例，对照组给予3%氯普鲁卡因12mL，实验组给予舒芬太尼10μg复合3%氯普鲁卡因12mL，连续监测生命体征和不良反应，评估麻醉疗效和安全性。结果：实验组的感觉阻滞起效时间，达到最高阻滞平面时间短于对照组（P<0.01），实验组的麻醉效果优于对照组（P<0.01），两组下肢运动阻滞程度、不良反应差异无统计学意义。结论：舒芬太尼复合氯普鲁卡因硬膜外麻醉效果优于单纯应用氯普鲁卡因。

Clinical Observatio n of the Mixture of Sufentanil and Chloroprocaine when Applied in Epidural Anesthesia for the Laser Treatment for the Varicose Vein of Lower Limb in the Lumen

Objective: this paper is to discuss the efficacy and safety of the mixture of Sufentanil and Chloroprocaine when applied in epidural anesthesia for the laser treatment for the varicose vein of lower limb in the lumen. Methods: 46 cases of selective operation are randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 23 cases in each group. Cases in the control group are treated 3%Chloroprocaine(12mL) while cases in the experimental group are treated the mixture of Sufentanil(20μg) and Chloroprocaine(12mL). The vital signs and adverse reactions of cases in both groups are monitored continuously to assess the efficacy and safety of the treatment. Result: both the onset time of the sensory block and the time of reaching the highest level of block of cases in the experimental group are shorter than that of cases in the control group (P<0.01). What is more, the anesthetic effect of cases in the experimental group is better that of cases in the experimental group(P<0.01). In addition, differences on the level of motor block of the lower limb and adverse reactions are of no statistical significance. Conclusion: the application of the mixture of Sufentanil and Chloroprocaine in epidural anesthesia gains better anesthetic effect.
