胸腔积液CYFRA21-1、NSE检测在肺癌诊断中的应用

目的　联合检测胸腔积液中的CYFRA2 1 -1、NSE ,研究CYFRA2 1 -1、NSE作为肿瘤标记物对肺癌诊断以及病期判断的诊断价值。方法　用全自动免疫酶标仪测定80胸腔积液中CYFRA2 1- 1、NSE的含量,其中肺癌4 9例,其他肿瘤31例。结果　非小细胞肺癌患者血清中CYFRA2 1 -1含量显著高于其他肿瘤组及小细胞肺癌组(P <0 .0 1) ,其中鳞癌最高。而小细胞肺癌NSE显著高于非小细胞肺癌组及其他肿瘤组(P <0 . 0 1)。两项指标分别随病期增高而增高。结论　胸腔积液CYFRA2 1 -1、NSE联合检测对肺癌的诊断有重要意义,同时对肺癌的分期的判断有较高的应用价值。

The value of CYFRA21-1, NES in pleural fluid for the diagnosis of malignant pleural effusion

Objective The aim of this study is to assess the clinical usefulness of pleural fluid assays of CYFRA21-1, NSE in the diagnosis of lung cancer and the prediction of tumor stage. Methods The concentration of CYFRA21-1, NSE in pleural effusion from 80 patients, lung cancer 49 cases, other cancer 31 cases, were measured by ELISA. Results The CYFRA21-1 level in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) was more higher than in small cell lung cancer and other cancer( P <0.01), among them, CYFRA21-1 level is the most prominent elevation in squamous cell type. NSE level in small cell lung cancer(SCLC) was more higher than in NSCLC and other cancer( P <0.01). Both of these two index cerrelate with tumor stage. Conclusion The measurement of CYFRA21-1 in pleural effusion may be useful for the differential diagnosis of lung cancer, at the same time, they may be useful for predict tumor stage.
