护士对护理服务失误补救系统的认知及需求调查

目的了解护理人员对护理服务失误补救系统的认知及需求情况，为建立更符合护理人员需求的服务失误补救系统提供参考。方法采用自行设计的问卷对334名护理人员进行护理服务失误补救系统的认知及需求情况调查。结果215名（64．37％）护理人员对服务失误补救系统完全不了解和了解一点；护理人员对专科技术和作业流程性的需求程度最高；失误发生前的预防性服务失误补救类型是护理人员最需要的补救系统类型。不同护龄护理人员对预防性补救、现场自我补救、现场他人补救方面的需求有显著差异（均P〈0．01）。结论在制定护理服务失误补救系统时，应重视护理人员对服务失误补救系统内容和类型的需求差异，制定全面的服务失误补救系统；并针对护理人员对服务失误补救系统认知的不同给予重点培训，满足不同护理人员的需要。
