| 摘 要： | 目的:研究活血化瘀中药丹参、三七、红花对大鼠脑出血后脑组织含水量及对大鼠SOD、MDA的影响。方法:大鼠脑出血模型采用胶原酶与肝素复合法造成,并随机分为假手术组、生理盐水组、甘油对照组,丹参组、三七组、红花组,然后分别给予生理盐水、甘油、丹参、红花、三七灌胃,观察大鼠脑水肿减轻情况,并对大鼠SOD、MDA的影响情况及大鼠脑组织HE染色进行观察。结果:中药丹参、三七、红花对大鼠脑出血后脑水肿均有减轻,使SOD升高,MDA下降(P<0.05)。其中三七作用优于丹参、红花。脑组织HE染色结果示各中药组脑组织水肿减轻,红细胞减少。结论:丹参、三七、红花对大鼠脑出血有确切疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effects of Danshen, Sanqi, Honghua on brain water content, SOD and MDA of rats with hemorrhage. Methods: The model rats were prepared with collagenase and heparin. 144 rats were randomized into sham operation control group, saline group, glycerine group, Danshen group, Sanqi group, Honghua group. After treatment the brain water content and the levels of SOD and MDA were measured, HE staining was used to observe the rat brain tissue. Results: Danshen, Sanqi and Honghua could decrease cerebral edema and MDA level, increase SOD level. The effect of Sanqi is better than effects of Danshen and Honghua. Conclusion:Danshen, Sanqi and Honghua had obvious curative effects on rats with hemorrhage. |
