不同浓度氟保护漆抗龋效果的实验研究

摘    要:
目的通过模拟口腔致龋条件,借助扫描电镜及偏光显微镜的观察,以探索氟保护漆抑制离体乳牙釉质龋的效果,比较两种浓度氟保护漆在预防乳牙龋齿方面是否存在差异性.方法选取40颗清洁好的无龋的乳牙,随机分为A、B、C、D 4组,每组10颗,5颗用作试验,5颗备用.A、B组为实验组(0.1%氟保护漆组和0.5氟保护漆组),C组为阳性对照组(0.2%氟化钠组),D组为空白对照组(去离子水组),通过扫描电镜及偏光显微镜观察氟保护漆防龋效果及比较两种浓度氟保护漆抗龋效果的差别.结果 A、B组之间无显著性差异;而A、B组与C、D组之间存在极显著性差异;C、D组之间存在显著性差异.结论氟保护漆抑制离体乳牙的牙釉质脱矿反应优于阳性对照组和空白对照组,且两种浓度氟保护漆对抑制离体乳牙牙釉质龋效果无显著性差异.

Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect on two concentrations of fluor protectors of preventing caries.Methods 40 non-carious child teeth divided into four groups:0.1% fluor protector and 0.5% fluor protector were applied to the experiment groups,while 0.02% sodium fluor ide and deionizer water were applied to control groups.Afceranti-caries test,the enamel surfaces were observe by SEM.Results It was observe that there was no destruction in the fluor protector group,but local holes and an irregular type of destruction were found in sodium fluoride group and deionizer water group.Afeer anti-caries test.Conclusion Both two different concentrations of fluor protectors are strong in inhibiting demineralization of child teeth.There is no significant difference between two groups in anticaries effect.
