| Abstract: | 12 cases of postpartum acute renal failure are reported The experience in bload dialysis and in general treating is introduced. That is to Strengthen blood dialysis, increase the dosagl of heparin, controll hypertension, minitor the functions of the heart, the lungs and the brain, pay attention to its prevention, enhance the method of nutritive remedy. The pathogensis and clinical classification are also discussed. |
