氟伐他汀对原发性高血压肾损害尿蛋白的影响

摘    要:
目的:观察氟伐他汀对血压控制正常的原发性高血压肾损害患者尿蛋白的影响。方法:60例血压控制正常的原发性高血压肾损害患者随机分为氟伐他汀组(30例)或对照组(30例),分别给予氟伐他汀(40mg)或安慰剂治疗6个月,观察血压(SBP/DBP),血脂(TG、TC)、肌酐(Cr)、24h尿蛋白(U-Pro)变化。结果:治疗6月后,氟伐他汀组的TC.U-Pro较对照组均显著降低(P<0.05),而两组间的SBP/DBP、TG、Cr无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论:氟伐他汀可减少原发性高血压肾损害的尿蛋白。

Abstract:
Objective The observation fluorine cuts down his sandbank to harm the patient to the blood pressure control normal hypertension kidney to urinate the protein influence. Methods 60 examples blood pressure control normal hypertension kidney harms the patient to divide into the fluorine to cut down his sandbank group stochastically (30 examples) or the control group (30 examples), Separately gives the fluorine to cut down his sandbank (40mg) or the placebo treats for 6 months, Observation blood pressure (SBP/DBP), blood fats (TG, TC), myobitter wine (Cr), 24 h urine protein (U-Pro) change.Results After treatment in June, the fluorine cuts down his sandbank group TC. U-Pro compares the control group obviously to reduce (P〈0.05), but two group of between SBP/DBP, TG, Cr change not obviously (P〉0.05).Conclusion The fluorine cuts down his sandbank to be possible to reduce hypertension.
