| 摘 要： | 目的探讨破坏性行为障碍(disruptive behaviour disorder,DBD)儿童自我意识水平的特点。方法对湖南省六个地区5～17岁中小学生采用分层随机的抽样方法,共抽样9495名儿童,使用二阶段流行病学调查方法,由符合标准的DBD及对照组儿童自己填写儿童自我意识量表(children’s self-concept scale,CSCS),最后收集CSCS资料完整的共1572人(对照组798人、单纯DBD组404人、DBD共病组370人)。结果单纯DBD组及DBD共病组各因子分及总分均明显小于对照组(P<0.01);DBD共病组与单纯DBD组相比,行为、智力、焦虑、合群因子分及总分均小于单纯DBD组(P<0.05～0.01),而躯体情况和幸福因子分的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论DBD儿童较正常儿童的自我意识差,而DBD共病的儿童又比单纯DBD儿童的自我意识水平更低。
