| 摘 要： | 糖皮质激素作为抗炎药物和免疫抑制剂在临床应用已有较长历史，但在药理作用机制方面尚有未解的问题。本文综述了近年来糖皮质激素的药理作用机制研究进展，主要包括糖皮质激素对树突状细胞分化成熟、表型和功能的影响，糖皮质激素对机体的双向调节作用，以及糖皮质激素的非基因组效应。

| Abstract: | Glucocorticoids have been used as anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive agents for a long time in clinical application.But several questions on mechanisms of pharmacological actions remain.This review summarizes the progress in mechanisms of pharmacological actions of glucocorticoids in recent years,including the effect of glucocorticoids on maturation,phenotype and function of dendritic cell,bi-directional regulation and non-genomic actions of glucocorticoids. |
