尿激酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗塞的临床研究

目的评估急性脑梗塞尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗的疗效,并探讨作用机制。方法52例患者随机分为溶栓组和对照组,观察急性期溶栓治疗的疗效及并发症。结果溶栓组和对照组患者好转率分别为84.6%和46.1%,基本痊愈率溶栓组和对照组分别为73.1%和13.1%,经统计学处理,两组均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。其神经功能缺损平均减少分数,两组有极显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论溶栓治疗急性脑梗塞疗效确切,但存在一定的并发症。

The clinical study of urokinase thrombolysis for treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of urokinase ivgtt thrombolysis for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and to explore the mechanism. Methods To divide 52 patients into the thrombolysis group and the controled group randomly. To observe the curative effect and addational symptom of acute thrombolysis. Result The efficiency rate of the thrombolysis group was 84.6%and the efficiency rate of the controled group was 46.1%. The curative rate of the thrombolysis group was 73.1%and the curative rate of controled group was 13.1%.There were significant differences between two groups (P<0.01). There were markedly significant differences on the mean decreased scores of neurologic deficit between two groups (P<0.001). Conclusions Urokinase thrombolysis is certainly effective in treatment of acute cerebral infarction but there are also certein addational symptom.
