肝脏局灶性结节性增生的诊疗分析

目的 分析探讨肝脏局灶性结节性增生的临床特点、发病机制、诊断和治疗方法。方法 回顾研究我科自1996年6月至2000年8月所收治8例肝脏局灶性结节性增生病例，分析病史、实验室检查、影像学检查及治疗效果。结果 本组8例病人均无自觉症状，肝功能、AFP正常，均行肝部分切除手术，病理诊断证实为肝脏局灶性结节性增生，术后转归良好。结论 肝脏局灶性结节性增生发病机制尚不清楚，联合应用多种影像学检查有助于明确诊断；对诊断不明确病例仍应手术探查。

Diagnosis and treatment of focal nodular hyperplasia of liver

Objective To analyze the clinical features, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of focal nodular hyperplasia of the liver (FNH). Methods Eight cases of FNH treated in our hospital from 1996 to 2000 were retrospectively evaluated by examining the clinical, laboratory and imaging data and postoperative prognosis. Results All patients were asymptomatic, with normal liver function and AFP-negative. They all received surgical resection and FNH was pathologically confirmed. Meanwhile, they all recovered well after the operation. Conclusions The pathogenesis of FNH remains unclear. Combined analysis of imaging may have advantages in diagnosis. Surgical resection may be performed in unconfirmed cases.
