2000～2004年大连市部分健康人群抗-HAV检测结果

[目的]观察大连市甲肝抗体(抗HAV)的消长情况。[方法]2000～2004年在11个区市县,对部分0～35岁正常人群进行抗HAV调查。[结果]合计检测1925人,抗HAV阳性率为74.03%,2000～2004年分别为54.81%、54.03%、88.57%、82.08%、90.65%;金州区最高,长海县最低;随着年龄的增长阳性率逐渐上升。[结论]大连市健康人群的甲肝抗体处于较高水平,应该同时加强儿童和成人的甲肝防制工作,并同时做好城市和农村的甲肝防制工作,从而有效控制甲肝发病率。

Results of Anti-HAV Detection among some Healthy Populations in Dalian City from 2000 to 2004

[Objective]To observe the rise and fall of anti-HAV in Dalian city.[Methods]An investigation was carried out on the prevalence rate of anti-HAV among normal populations at 0-35 in 11 counties,2000-2004.[Results]A total of 1925 people were detected, the positive rate of anti-HAV was 74.03%. It was 54.81%,54.03%, 88.57%,82.08% and 90.65% respectively 2000-2004. With the highest in Jinzhou district and the lowest in Changhai county. And it rose with ages.[Conclusion]The anti-HAV is at a high level among healthy populations in Dalian city,therefore Hepatitis A control and prevention should be strengthened among children and adults and in urban and rural areas so as to curb the morbidity rate of Hepatitis A.
