心得安、丙硫氧嘧啶联合甲亢灵治疗甲亢的疗效观察

目的评价心得安、丙硫氧嘧啶片联合甲亢灵片治疗甲亢患者的疗效。方法选择甲亢患者80例，分成观察组和对照组各40例。对照组采用心得安及丙硫氧嘧啶片等西药治疗；观察组在对照组基础上加用甲亢灵片。结果观察组总有效率为95．00％（38／40）高于对照组总有效率80．00％（32／40），具有显著差异（P〈0．05）。与治疗前比较，两组治疗后血清TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4均明显下降（P〈0．01）。血清TSH明显上升（P〈0．01）。两组治疗后比较，血清TT3、TSH差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。两组不良反应发生率差异不显著（P〉0．05）。结论心得安、丙硫氧嘧啶片联合甲亢灵片治疗甲亢患者疗效佳，而且不良反应也低，建议临床进一步推广应用。

Observation of Curative Effect about Combination of Propranolol Propylthiouracil Joint Jiakangling Treatment of hyperthyroidism

Objective Evaluation efficacy about Propranolol,propylthiouracil joint Jiakangling treatment of hyperthyroidism. Methods There were 80 cases of hyperthyroidism, divided into observation group and control group. Control group, propranolol, propyhhiouracil; observation group, propranolol, propylthiouracil, Jiakangling. Results Observation group, the total effective rate was 95.00%（38/40） higher than the total effective rate 80.00% （32/40）, with significant differences （P〈0.05）. Before treatment, both groups after treatment, serum TT3, TT4, FT3, FT4 were significantly lower （P〈0.01）. serum TSH significantly increased （P〈0.01）. Two groups after treatment, serum TT3, TSH difference was significant （P〈0.01）. Two groups of adverse reaction rates, the difference was not significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Propranolol,propyhhiouracil joint Jiakangling treatment of hyperthyroidism, efficacy reliable, safe, worthy of clinical application and popularization.
