摘    要:
视前区下丘脑前部(POAH)是机体最重要的体温调节中枢。POAH的温度敏感神经元,通过整合中枢及外周的温度变化信息,以及调节效应神经元的活动而在POAH的体温调节作用中扮演重要角色。研究POAH神经元电生理特性,特别是温度敏感性的机制,对于揭示POAH神经元的体温调节作用具有重要意义。本文就POAH神经元电生理特性及温度敏感性的离子通道机制研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:
The preoptic anterior hypothalamus(POAH)is a principal center for body temperature regulation. Thermoregulatory neurons found in the POAH play critical roles in thermoregulation through integrating afferent and central thermal information,and controlling the physiological behavior of effector neurons. It is of great importance to ascertain the mechanisms of neurons electrophysiological properties, especially thermosensitivity for understanding the therrnoregulation action of POAH neurons. This review summarized the progress in the study on the ion channel mechanisms of electrophysiological properties in POAH temperature-sensitive neurons.
