锡林浩特市15岁以上社区居民高血压控制情况分析

目的为了解锡林浩特市〉15岁社区居民高血压患病率、知晓率、服药率及血压的控制现状。方法采用整群分层随机抽取方法,对锡林浩特市两个社区〉15岁的人群2 640人进行血压测量并询问高血压病史以及高血压的治疗情况。结果剔除无效资料后样本量为2 501人,其中男性1 071人,女性1 430人,高血压患病人数1 038人,患病率41.5%,标化患病率为31.86%;其中男542人,女496人,男性发病率高于女性;在高血压人群中有41.23%的患者知道自己患高血压,但仅有13.58%的患者在服降压药,4.24%的的患者血压得到控制。结论锡林浩特市社区居民高血压患病率较高,知晓率、服药率和控制率较低,需要进行人群高血压的综合干预。

The Analysis Of the High Pressure Rate,the Awareness Rate,the Rate of Taking Medicine and Controling High Pressure of Residents Above 15 in Xilinhot City

Objective in order to know the high pressure rate,the awareness rate,the rate of taking medicine and controling high pressure of residents above 15 in Xilinhot City.Method Use group random selection to measure blood pressure and ask about high blood pressure situation and treatment Result the sample capacity is 2501 after leaving out the useless sample：male 1071;female 1430.The number of high pressure patients is 1038,41.5%,the prevalence rate is 31.86%：male 542;female 496.The number of male patients is higher than that of female.Among those who have high pressure,41.23%of whom have already known their situation but only 13.58%of them are taking the medicine to reduce their pressure and 4.24%of them have controlled their pressure.Conclusion The high pressure rate of local people is high but the awareness rate,the rate of taking the medicine and controling the disease is very low,so it is urgent to take measures to deal with the problem.
