64层螺旋CT对乳腺肿块性质的诊断价值

目的评价64层螺旋CT成像技术在乳腺肿块性质鉴定中的诊断价值。方法采用回顾性分析方法,收集80例乳腺肿块患者,所有患者均采用MSCT平扫加增强扫描。图像重建采用多平面容积重建(MPR)、最大密度透影(MIP)、表面遮盖技术(SSD)、容积再现(VR),同时结合所有患者组织病理活检,分析MSCT对肿块性质诊断的准确率。结果42例MSCT诊断为良性肿块患者,经病理组织活检证实有38例符合,38例MSCT诊断为恶性肿块患者,经病理组织活检查证实有35例符合。80例患者经MSCT检查及应用后处理技术均能很好地显示肿块形态、大小、边缘、钙化情况、淋巴结转移、肿块血供情况及肿块与乳腺及其周围组织的关系。结论MSCT图像后处理技术对乳腺肿块性质的诊断具有很好临床使用价值。

DIAGNOSTIC VALUE OF 64-SLICE SPIRAL CT ON THE ANALYSIS OF MAMMARY MASS CHARACTERISTIC

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of 64-slice spiral CT on the analysis of mammary mass characteristic.Methods We enrolled 80 patients who were diagnosed as mammary mass and investigated by retrospective method. All the 80 patients underwent plain and enhanced scan. Primitive data was reconstructed with multi-planar volume rendering （MPR）,maximum intensive projection （MIP）,surface shaded display （SSD） and Volume Rendering （VR）. Mammary tissue was analyzed by pathological biopsy and compared with MSCT to evaluate the precision of MSCT on the diagnosis of mammary mass characteristic. Results 38 patients, out of the 42 patients who were diagnosed as benign mass by MSCT, were exactly corresponded with benign mass by biopsy. 37 patients, out of the 38 patients who were diagnosed as malignant mammary mass, were exactly corresponded with malignant mass by biopsy. The mass morphology, size, margin, calcification, lymph node metastasis, blood supply and the relationship of mass with mammary and surrounding tissue can be investigated clearly by plain and enhanced scan of MSCT and the eonstructive technology. Conclusion MSCT and the constructive technology have a good clinical value on the diagnosis of mammary mass characteristic.
