| 摘 要： | 针对医学微生物学与临床医学的紧密联系性,精心收集有关的临床病案,在医学微生物学教学中探索以病案分析为中心的教学法。结果发现病案教学法在调动学生学习的积极性和主动性、培养学生的创造性思维能力、提高临床实践能力和自学能力等方面显著优于传统的教学模式。

| Abstract: | Based on the close correlation between medical microbiology and clinical medicine,the correlated clinical cases were collected and the case teaching method was conducted in the teaching of medical microbiology.It was shown that the case teaching method outgoes the traditional medical teaching mode on many facets for students,such as stimulating enthusiasm and initiative of learning,fostering the ability of self-learning,improving the competence of clinical practice,promoting the ability of innovative thinki... |
