恶性血液病患者配偶生活质量评估

目的了解恶性血液病患者配偶的生活质量,提高其生活质量,以更好地配合患者治疗。方法应用生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI)对83例恶性血液病患者配偶及正常对照组人群进行生活质量评估。结果恶性血液病患者配偶的GQOLI总分及躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能和物质生活维度得分均较正常对照组显著降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),其中女性配偶GQOLI总分及心理功能和社会功能维度得分较男性配偶显著降低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论恶性血液病患者配偶的生活质量较正常人群下降,其中女性配偶生活质量下降更明显,需要积极进行心理干预。

Evaluation of Quality of life of Spouses of Patients with Hematologic Malignancy

Objective To understand quality of life of the spouses of patients with hematologic malignancy and improve it in order to make them cooperate well with treatment.Methods Quality of life of 83 spouses of patients with hematologic malignancy and normal persons were evaluated with GQOLI.Results The scores of spouses of patients with hematologic malignancy were significant lower than those in control group in the general quality of life,physical function,mental function,social function,and material life(P<0.01 or P<0.05) and the general score of GQOLI,mental function and social function of female spouses were significant lower than those in male group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Quality of Life of spouses of patients with hematologic malignancies was lower than normal people in control group.The female spouses whose quality of life decrease more obviously need to have psychological intervention.
