摘    要:目的 探讨小学生接种酵母乙肝疫苗后的免疫效果。方法 选择健康状况良好 ,HBs Ag、抗 - HBs、抗 - HBe三项指标均为阴性 ,乙肝疫苗接种前体温正常的一年级小学生 ,随机抽取 36 5名 ,按 0、1、6个月方案接种酵母乙肝疫苗。于第一针免疫后 3、7、12、2 4、36、4 8、5 7个月采血检测抗 -HBs和 HBs Ag。结果 第 1针免疫后各次采血检测抗 - HBs阳转率分别为 82 .3%、10 0 %、10 0 %、91.6 9%、89.80 %、85 .2 7%和 84 .73% ;并且各次测得抗 - HBs阳转率女性高于男性 (除第 7、12个月外 ) ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,男女间抗 - HBs滴度差异无显著性 ;各次检测中 HBs Ag均为阴性。结论 接种国产酵母乙肝疫苗具有良好的安全性和免疫性 ,其持久的免疫力尚需进一步随访

Abstract:Objective To study the immunity effect among pupils after yeast hepatitis B vaccination. Methods 365 healthy pupils in Grade One whose HBsAg, anti-HBs, anti-HBe indexes were negative with normal temperature, were randomly inoculate yeast hepatitis B vaccine according to zero, one, six-month program, anti-HBs and HBsAg were tested separately 3, 7, 12, 24, 36, 48, 57 months after the first immune injection. Results Anti-HBs change-into-positive rate is 82.3%, 100%, 100%, 91.69%, 89.80%, 85.27%, 84.73%; 3, 7, 12, 24, 36, 48, 57 months after the first immune injection, and the rates of female were higher than that of male in every test (except for test 7 months and 12 months later) and exists significant difference ( P<0.05). There was no difference between anti-HBs density of male and female. In every test, HBsAg was negative. Conclusions Inoculating domestic yeast hepatitis B vaccine had good safety and immunity, but long-lasting immunity needed further investigation.
