中西医对耳鸣发病机制的认识

耳鸣的病因很多而且复杂,涉及神经科、内分泌、耳鼻喉等多个学科。某些耳鸣可能成为某些严重疾病的先兆症状,如内听道或桥小脑角肿瘤早期有时仅以耳鸣症状出现;而且某些脑血管病加重的早期也是以耳鸣症状为前驱症状出现的,因此应引起临床医生的足够重视。从中西医两方面探讨耳鸣的发病机制,给临床医生治疗耳鸣提供参考。

The Pathogenesis Exploring of Tinnitus in Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

The cause of tinntius is numerous and complex,related to neurology,ENT,and many other disciplines. Some tinnitus maybe the harbinger of some symptoms of serious illness,such as the internal auditory canal or cerebellopontine angle tumor,tinnitus is only the early sympotms in some cases;and is also the early precursor symptoms of some cerebrovascular disease,therefore clinicians should pay enough attention.This article will explore both traditional chinese and western medicine in the pathogenesis of tinntus,providing a reference treatment of tinnitus to clinicians.
