穴位按摩联合康复锻炼对脑梗死患者肢体功能及生活质量的影响

目的探讨穴位按摩联合康复锻炼对脑梗死患者肢体功能及生活质量的影响。方法选择2017年8月至2019年2月某院收治的脑梗死患者120例作为本次的研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组给予常规干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予穴位按摩联合康复锻炼干预。比较两组患者肢体功能、日常生活能力及生活质量。结果干预后观察组功能评定量表(Fugl-Meyer)、日常生活能力评定量表(Barthel指数)评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组躯体功能、社会功能、物质生活、心理功能评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩联合康复锻炼对脑梗死患者的应用效果显著,可促进肢体功能恢复,改善生活质量,有助于提升日常生活能力。

Effects of acupoint massage combined with rehabilitation exercise on limb function and quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint massage combined with rehabilitation exercise on limb function and quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction.Me thods 120 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from August 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,and the observation group was given acupoint massage combined with rehabilitation exercise intervention on the basis of the control group.The limb function,ability of daily living and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Re s ults After intervention,the scores of fugl-meyer and Barthel index were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,social function,material life and psychological function in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Con clus ion Acupoint massage combined with rehabilitation exercise has a significant application effect on the patients with cerebral infarction,which can promote the recovery of limb function,improve the quality of life,and help to improve the ability of daily life.
