家犬卫氏并殖吸虫病伴随免疫的研究

摘    要:家犬分成(1)卫氏并殖吸虫(P.w.)囊蚴感染组;(2)P.w.成虫感染组。两组分别经78~150天、3O天后,用P.w.囊蚴攻击感染,再分别经17—3O天剖验。结果表明:(1)P.w.囊蚴感染可诱发犬的伴随免疫,而P.w.成虫移植感染未见诱发犬的伴随免疫。(2)第一组的犬用囊蚴攻击感染时,其童虫引起的病变较重。

Abstract:Dogs were classified into two groups, one infected with metacercariae of Paragonimus west-ermani and the other infected with adult worms of Paragonimus westermani. Both groups were reinfected with metacercariae of P. w. after 78 - 150 days and 30 days respectivly and killed after 17 - 30 days. The results indicated that: (1) the concomitant immunity could be induced after the infection with metacecariae of P. w. , but it could not be induced by the infection with adult worms of P. w. (2) the pathological lesions caused by the reinfection with metacercariae of P. w. were more severe than those caused by the primary infection in the first group.
