| 摘 要： | 目的:观察乙肝5项指标定量与定性检测结果的差异及临床意义。方法:对306份血标本分别采用ELISA法和化学发光法检测乙肝5项指标,并对结果进行系统分析。结果:ELISA法和化学发光法分别检测出7种和13种模式,两种方法的一致率分别为乙肝病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)98.8%,乙肝病毒表面抗体(HBsAb)82.4%,乙肝病毒e抗原(HBeAg)96.4%,乙肝病毒e抗体(HBeAb)78.2%和乙肝病毒核心抗体(HBcAb)59.2%;化学发光法检测HBeAb和HBcAb的阳性率显著高于ELISA法(P<0.001)。结论:定量检测乙肝5项指标敏感性高于常规定性检测方法;同一份标本用两种方法检测可出现不同的结果模式,应引起临床重视。 |
