| 摘 要： | 目的:观察认知疗法联合面部表情肌训练对特发性面神经麻痹患者的治疗效果。方法:62例特发性面神经麻痹患者随机分为研究组和对照组两组,每组31例。分别于治疗开始前和治疗3周后,使用临床疗效判定、Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)、Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)评定两组的治疗效果。结果:研究组患者临床疗效判定、SDS、SAS评定明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:认知疗法联合面部表情肌训练能提高临床疗效,改善特发性面神经麻痹患者抑郁、焦虑症状,提高患者的生活质量。 |
