过氧化苯甲酰霜治疗寻常性痤疮的临床观察

5％及10％过氧化苯甲酰霜(benzoyl peroxide cream BPC)系协和医院与北京第六制药厂联合研制的新型痤疮外用制剂.本文报告临床应用前,通过动物实验说明该药对皮肤无刺激、致敏及毒性作用. 临床资料 一、病例选择 选协和医院门诊寻常性痤疮患者58人,随机分为二组:实验组30人,男13例、女17例,年龄14～26岁,病程1～8年,大多在1～3年,既往经多种方法治疗不满意者25人.对照组:男7例,女21例,年龄11～29岁,病程2月～10年,平均3年,治疗外用0.025％维甲酸膏(retinoicacid).观察期为4周,洽疗期间,个别患者口服维生素B_6,皮肤发干者外用硅霜等润肤剂.

A clinical operation of acne vulgaris treated with benzoyl peroxide]

This paper describes the treatment of 58 patients with acne, including 30 patients treated with 5% benzoyl peroxide cream and 28 patients treated with 0.025% retinoic acid ointment as control. Improvement could be seen after 4 weeks. The efficacy in the test group was 93.3% and that in the control group was 53.5% (P less than 0.001). The early effect was obtained within one week, and no side effects were seen in the test group. Animal test has shown no side effects, including irritation and sensitive reactions with the skin painted with 10% BPC. The conclusion is that 5% BPC is a treatment of choice for patients with acne vulgaris.
