876例脑外科住院患者医院感染的临床分析

目的总结脑外科住院患者医院感染的发病情况。方法对2003年1月—2005年12月脑外科876例住院患者的病历资料进行回顾分析。结果医院感染率为10.16%(89/876),其中外伤患者占21.96%,恶性肿瘤患者15.08%;感染部位以下呼吸道居首位,其次是手术切口;感染细菌主要为铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌等。结论脑外科住院患者医院感染以下呼吸道为主,原发疾病以外伤者易感染,感染细菌以铜绿假单胞菌最多见。

The Hospital Infection of 876 Sufferers in Brain Surgery: An Analysis

Objective To summarize the outbreak of the hospital infection of the sufferers in brain surgery.Methods We carried on a retrospect and an analysis on 876 cases' histories and data of the sufferers who underwent brain surgery in the hospital.Results The hospital infection rate is 10.16%.Among the infected patients,trauma sufferer accounted for 21.96%,malignant tumour sufferer 15.08%.As for the infected part,lower respiratory tract ranked first,and surgical incision was the next in order.The major infection germs were pseudomonas aeruginosa(P.A.) and Escherichia coli.Conclusion Lower respiratory tract infection is the main hospital infection of the sufferers performed brain surgery,the trauma sufferers are easy to be infected,and P.A.is the most common to be seen among the infection germs.
