复方倍他米松注射液与曲安奈德注射液治疗疤痕疙瘩对比观察

目的观察复方倍他米松注射液与曲安奈德注射液治疗疤痕疙瘩的疗效和不良反应。方法将212例患者分为A、B两组，A组用复方倍他米松注射液局部注射至瘢痕，4周1次，酌情注射1～5次，B组用曲安奈德注射液局部注射，2周1次，酌情注射1～5次，6月和12月后随访。结果A组116例（皮损477个），痊愈率82．39％，有效率95．81％，半年复发率9．89％，不良反应的发生率为11．21％，其中女性月经失调发生率5．97％，B组96例（皮损389个），痊愈率75．32％，有效率88．43％，半年复发率13．86％，不良反应的发生率为21．88％，女性月经失调发生率19．64％。结论局部注射复方倍他米松注射液和曲安奈德注射液治疗瘢痕疙瘩均有较好的疗效，且复方倍他米松注射液疗效更佳，对女性患者月经影响较少．但复发率仍较高。

The observation on keloid treated by compound betamethasone injection compare with triamcinolone acetonide injection

Objective To observe and compare the effect and side-effect of keloid treated by Compound Betamethasone injection and Triamcinolone Acetonide injection. Methods Group A was injected locally with compound Betamethasone to keliod every 4 weeks, totally 1～5 times according the status, Group B was injected locally with Triamcinolone Acetonide to keliod every 2 weeks, totally 1～5 times according the status. All the patients were visited followed 6monthes and 12monthes after treatment. Results Group A involved 116 patients (477 lesions), and the curative rate, effective rate, relapse rate of group A was 82.39%, 95.81%, 9.89% respectively. The side-effect occurred in 11.21% patients (include menstrual irregulation occurred in female was 5.97%). Group B involved 96 patients (389 lesions ), and the curative rate, effective rate, relapse rate was 75.32%, 88.43%, 13.86% respectively. The side-effect rate was 21.88% (include menstrual irregulation occurred in female was 19.64%).Conclusion Both are effective either by Compound Betamethasone or by Triamcinolone Acetonide to treat keloid, while the Compound Betamethasone is better, and has fewer influence on female menses, however the relapse rate is high.
