海安县食品从业人员卫生知识及行为的调查

摘    要:
目的:了解海安县食品从业人员卫生知识与卫生行为状况,方法:对1412名食品从业人员进行问卷调查,结果:食品从业人员卫生知识平均知晓率74.5%,平均行为形成率71.2%,食品从业人员卫生知识知晓率随着文化程度的增高和岗位年限的增加而增高(P<0.01),卫生行为形成率随着文化程度的增高而增高(P<0.01),结论:提高食品从业人员的卫生知识,卫生行为的水平,需要全社会的参与。

Abstract:
Objective:To understand level of healthy knowledge and behavior among employees of food in Haian.Method:1412 Employees of food were investigated.Results:The understanding rate of healthy knowledge is 77.9%.The forming rate of healthy behavior is 71.2%.The higher culture and the longer fixed number of year can increase the understanding rate of healthy knowledge(P<0.01).The higher culture can increase the forming rate healthy behavior(P<0.01).Conclusion:It is necessary to community participate in to raise the level of understanding rate of healthy knowledge and healthy behavior forming rate.
